Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 6 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule or cancel within that 6-hour window, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service price will apply (must contact us directly).
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
Please note: Any discounts, gift cards, or promotional offers applied to a missed or late-rescheduled appointment will be forfeited.
Cancellations MUST be handled through the link provided in the reminders OR by reaching out to 662-305-9722.
Reminder texts are automated and we are unable to see ANY text responses.
Should an attempt to cancel be made via text to any number besides 662-305-9722, your appointment will not be cancelled and our NO CALL NO SHOW FEE will still be required.
Feel free to text or call and leave a voicemail if outside our business hours. Cancellations made outside the 6 hour window via text or voicemail (to 662-305-9722 ONLY) will still be honored.
